Blackstone (NYSE: BX) has expanded the footprint of its Corporate Private Equity business through a new team based in San Francisco – building on the firm’s existing strong presence in its San Francisco office across its other business units.

Bee Partners, a deep tech pre-seed venture capital firm, has appointed Austin Grisham as Head of Platform. Grisham is based in Colorado and will join Kira Noodleman, Partner, in the Denver based office.
Grisham is a two-time founder, initially establishing a boutique agency in 2016 focused on storytelling, content creation and brand strategy. Next, he founded an agricultural startup based in Rwanda working to integrate sustainable agriculture and grow supply chains for larger consumer brands in the US for makeup, food production and other consumables. Additionally, he owned/operated a Whole Foods CPG company from 2019-2020.

Several big-name private equity firms, including EQT AB and KKR & Co, have been shortlisted to strike a deal to acquire data centre company Global Switch according to a report by Bloomberg.
The report cites unnamed sources as saying that the list of firms selected to take part in the next round of bidding for the London-based business also includes Gaw Capital Partners, PAG and Stonepeak Partners. Due diligence is expected to begin in the next few weeks before final binding offers are submitted.

Alteria Capital Advisors is looking to raise up to INR35 billion ($438 million) for its third debt fund, according to a report by DailyAlts. The Indian venture debt firm’s latest funding, will reportedly be in the form of a dual structure consisting of a primary debt fund and a secondary pool that will be deployed as working capital finance for startups.
