Financial terms of the transaction gave not been disclosed.
US technology and engineering corporation KBR is to acquire Chiltern-Capital-backed VIMA Group for up to £75 million.

BaltCap Baltic Investment Fund III sells INTRAC Group, a distributor of machinery for forestry, construction, agriculture and industry in the Baltics, to United Partners Investments (UPI), a Baltic investment company. As a result of the transaction, UPI will acquire 100% of INTRAC Group, including shares of Nalka Invest and minority shareholders.  The transaction value and other details have not been disclosed. Completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
Atlantic BidCo GmbH, a non-controlled company indirectly held by funds which are respectively managed and advised by Advent International Corporation (Advent), Centerbridge Partners (Centerbridge), and CPP Investment Board Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), has secured 83.8% of shares in its voluntary public takeover of Aareal Bank AG (Aareal Bank), following the end of the additional acceptance period. Northlane Capital Partners (NCP) has made an investment in Infobase, a provider of cloud-based educational solutions, integrating content, tools, and technology to foster lifelong learning and deliver interactive learning experiences. NCP invested in partnership with the Infobase management team, led by CEO Paul Skordilis. Headquartered in New York, Infobase curates high-value content and uses its software platforms to deliver that content to students, educators, librarians, corporations, and parents. Its products are targeted primarily to the K-12 and higher education markets.
