International law firm Clifford Chance has advised global private equity firm Cinven and co-investor Novo Holdings on the disposal of Envirotainer to EQT and Mubadala. Headquartered in Sweden, Envirotainer is a global provider of temperature-controlled air cargo containers for the global pharmaceutical supply chain. The Enterprise Value of the transaction is approximately €2.8 billion. Novo Holdings is a co investor with Cinven, and Law firm Vinge advised on the Swedish aspects of the deal. Clifford Chance originally advised Cinven, alongside Vinge, on its acquisition of Envirotainer in 2018, and has supported Cinven throughout the lifecycle of its investment.
Antelope, an omni-channel, pet wellness platform backed by private equity firm Alpine Investors, has acquired Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts, a supplier of high quality pet CBD supplements, health products and treats. With this partnership, Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts will continue to operate under its brand name within Antelope, and Christy Love will continue as its CEO.   Antelope was launched in August 2021 by Alpine and Founder and CEO, Wendy Wen, with the mission to build a next-generation conglomerate of high-quality natural pet brands.
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) is planning to set a minimum investment quota for venture capital investment allocations by public and private pension plans, according to a report by Investment & Pensions Europe. The proposal would result in a total of €30 billion invested in VC funds as the government looks to boost the amount of capital available to start-ups.

Fure Financial is a wealth management firm headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, serving approximately 300 clients with assets under management (AUM) of approximately $260 million.
Los Angeles-based private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has sold its portfolio company Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (Hand & Stone) to funds managed by Harvest Partners, LP. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Hand & Stone is a leading franchisor and operator of spas offering affordable, convenient, and professional massage, skincare and health and wellness services. Hand & Stone currently operates nearly 550 locations in the US and Canada and serves a loyal base of over 500,000 members. The Company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
Alto Capital IV, a private equity fund managed by Alto Partners, has sold portfolio company CEI Group to White Bridge Investments, a private equity player in the Italian upper mid-market. CEI, founded in 1969, is one of the main international players in the development, production and commercialisation of aftermarket products for commercial vehicles above 3.5 tonnes. CEI was acquired by Alto Capital IV in April 2020, taking a majority stake from the founding family Boni. Elisabetta Boni, daughter of the founder, maintained her role in the Company as a CEO. NPIF Maven Equity Finance (Maven), part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF), has invested £1 million in Chester based Moneyshake, an online vehicle leasing and purchase comparison site.
Findable, an Oslo-based startup that automates building documentation using Artificial Intelligence (AI), has raised a €2 million in a seed round led by KOMPAS, with participation by Construct Venture and Malling & Co Venture. The funding will allow Findable to scale its product and grow its customer base as it plans for international expansion across the built environment.  Findable digitises building documentation, using AI to automatically categorise documents and allows users to locate specific information via a search function.
