Global law firm Paul Hastings has added Alexander Temel as a Partner and Global Co-Chair of its private equity practice. In his new role, Temel will serve as a founding member of the firm’s new Boston office.
Temel and the new team will advise private equity clients in transactions such as leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, as well as structured preferred and growth equity investments. Their current clients include Goldman Sachs, Great Hill Partners, Sixth Street and Thayer Street Partners.
The new team in Boston forms part of the firm’s global private equity practice co-chaired by Brian Richards, which represents private equity clients such as ABRY Partners, Accel-KKR, Francisco Partners, HIG Capital, Insight, KKR & Co, Morgan Stanley, Oakley Capital Investments, Providence, Symphony Technology Group (STG) and York Capital Management.
