Seraphim Space (Manager), the manager of the Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc (LSE: SSIT), a listed Space Tech Fund, has appointed Development Partners International partner Sarah Shackleton, as the Company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO). The appointment is effective immediately. Shackleton joins Seraphim Space as Chief Operating Officer following a long and distinguished career in the private equity and investment banking sector, working for almost 15 years as a partner of Development Partners International, one of the leading private equity firms investing in Africa and overseeing cUSD2.8 billion in AUM. Global alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital has appointed Ricardo Sommer as Head of Private Equity Germany, effective 7 March, 2022. Sommer will lead Tikehau Capital’s private equity activities in the DACH region. Based in Frankfurt, he will be responsible for building Tikehau Capital’s local private equity franchise, leveraging the firm’s established platform and global footprint.  Tikehau Capital opened its Frankfurt office in March 2021. Its client offering in Germany will aim to encompass all of its business segments: Private Debt; Real Assets; Private Equity; and Capital Markets strategies.

Singapore Exchange-backed private market platform ADDX has appointed Oi-Yee Choo was its Chief Executive Officer, subject to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) approval. The ADDX platform was founded in 2017 and began full commercial operations in 2020 after becoming one of the first digital securities exchanges to graduate from the MAS Fintech Regulatory Sandbox.
