Kelly most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at GoDaddy, where she worked for 19 years and held a variety of legal and operational roles. Alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital has appointed Vincent Archimbaud as Head of Wholesale Sales for Europe. Based in Paris, his role will be to develop the distribution of the Group’s funds in Europe and contribute to the growth of its assets under management. As Head of Wholesale Sales for Europe, Archimbaud will be responsible for accelerating the development and supporting Tikehau Capital’s client base of multi-family offices, funds of funds, asset managers, independent financial advisors, bank fund selectors, insurers and fund platforms, as well as private banking divisions. Infrastructure and construction veteran Haydn Mursell has been appointed as chair of fire protection specialist Checkmate Fire as part of a strategic plan to grow the business following the company’s acquisition of Rosse Systems earlier this year. Checkmate Fire is backed by YFM Equity Partners (YFM), which supported a management buyout in 2018. The business supplies a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector customers throughout the UK. With nationwide coverage, Checkmate maintains passive fire safety in around 1,500 buildings, and completes more than 12,000 fire door remediations or replacements every year.

Jason Georgatos, who joined Andrew Kahn and Don Campbell as a founding member of the PFG investment team in 2004, has been elevated to President.
