One Rock Capital Partners (One Rock) has appointed Jason Sutton as Head of Business Development. Based in New York, Sutton will work closely with the investment team on marketing and investment sourcing activities.
Sutton joins One Rock from Platinum Equity where he was responsible for business development activities focused on identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities. Prior to Platinum Equity, Mr. Sutton served as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG and as an Associate at HealthCap.

The most recent additions are Chris Shelby, director, Private Markets and Evan Benedict, consulting associate. Squire Patton Boggs continues to expand its Financial Services Practice Group with the appointment of Steven Ward as partner in the firm’s London office.
Ward, who joins from Paul Hastings, will spearhead the development of a new Funds Practice.

Crestbridge has appointed Ross Thomson as Director, Head of Funds Services Luxembourg.
In his new role, Thomson is responsible for overseeing the full range of fund administration services through Crestbridge’s Luxembourg office as well as utilising his expertise to support the wider group strategy for growth. The appointment comes as Crestbridge recently marked ten years operating in Luxembourg, and where in the last year it has doubled is assets under administration and team size, demonstrating the businesses commitment to the jurisdiction and to expanding its Luxembourg service offering.

Private Equity company Yellow Brick Capital has appointed Johan van Zyl as CEO of I-Feeder Technologies (UK), a company which is now part of the YB AgTech Ecosystem.
The appointment comes after I-Feeder Technologies, a plant nutrition hardware and technology company, relocated the company headquarters to the UK from South Africa in 2020. van Zyl was appointed as COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Yellow Brick Capital at the end of last year.
Born in South Africa, van Zyl gained a degree in Management Accountancy from the University of Stellenbosch. In 2000 he took over as Managing Director of I-Feeder
Hexcite Group, a provider of design, communication, brand activation, signage, display and merchandising products and services for major brand owners and retailers, has appointed Wes Mulligan as Group Chief Executive.
Mulligan has led a number of businesses across retail, leisure and support services sectors. In recent years, as CEO of Danwood, he led the turnaround and exit of the UK’s largest independent supplier of printers and photocopiers. At Selecta, the vending and coffee business, he led the integration and alignment of five businesses into one to create a GBP200m-plus turnover market leader.

Intriva Capital (Intriva) has made a new senior addition to its asset management team with the appointment of Kawai Chung. Chung adds depth to Intriva’s expertise in the capital markets and financial services sectors.
