Accelmed Partners (Accelmed), a private equity firm focused on acquiring and investing in US commercial stage, lower middle market HealthTech companies, as expanded its senior leadership team with the addition of two industry veterans. Growthdeck, a private equity investment firm, has added Hugh Clark, a former Director of the Clarks shoes business, to its new advisory board.
Clark joins eight other new board members in being appointed to Growthdeck’s recently formed advisory board. The board has been launched to assist Growthdeck with the appraisal of investment opportunities and to help the firm’s investee businesses with their growth plans.

Prostar Capital, a global private investment firm leading the energy transition to net-zero carbon emissions, has appointed In Ku Kang as an Operating Partner.
Kang, who is based in Seoul, will focus on adding to Prostar’s existing investment footprint in South Korea, where it owns Kyungnam Energy, the largest independent city gas business in the country.

Global alternative investment firm HIG Capital (HIG) has expanded its European WhiteHorse team with the addition of Sebastian Lorenz as Principal and Head of the DACH region.
Lorenz has 11 years of experience in direct lending and corporate finance. He was previously a Director in the Private Finance division of Barings. Prior to that, he worked for Ares Management.
