Law firm Collyer Bristow has announced five promotions, including one new Partner and four new Senior Associates, across the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth departments.
Ragavan Arunachalam has been made up to Partner in the Corporate & Commercial team, and Raj Shah promoted to Senior Associate. In addition, Nichola Leach and Jonny Mitchell have been promoted to Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, and Aidan Grant in the Private Wealth department. The appointments are effective from 1 June 2021 and demonstrate the firm’s strong commitment to growth and developing internal talent.

Randall Foods (Randall), a provider of fresh poultry and meat products and a portfolio company of Highview Capital (Highview), has appointed Scott Dineen as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dineen replaces President Ron Totin, who is retiring after leading the business since 1984. As President and CEO, Dineen will oversee Randall’s strategy and operations, with a focus on scaling the business through increased geographical coverage and an expanded product offering to better serve its customers.
Dineen brings nearly 18 years of experience leading food processing, manufacturing and distribution businesses, with an expertise in protein products including beef, seafood and poultry.
Dechert has expanded its management team for the firm’s Paris office. Partners Sabina Comis and Mélanie Thill-Tayara will join Alain Decombe on the management team, which has responsibility for operational leadership of the global law firm’s Paris office.

Addleshaw Goddard has further invested in its cross-border corporate capabilities with the hire of Nordics expert Ann Grewar.
Grewar joins Addleshaw Goddard as a partner from law firm LOGOS, where she led their London Corporate team. She advises a wide range of clients on M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and other corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions into and out of the Nordic regions.
Grewar has extensive experience in the technology (including fintech) and retail & consumer sectors, and her appointment provides further coverage for the firm’s Corporate team to cover M&A
Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Olle Lundqvist as a Managing Director, to head A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) Group covering the Nordic region.
Lundqvist comes to A&M from Platinum Equity (Platinum), where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President M&A Operations in London. He headed Platinum’s M&A Operations work for their main fund (USD6.5 billion) in Europe. Lundqvist brings more than 20 years of experience leading performance improvement and operational restructuring of companies. Concentrating primarily on operational due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, carve-outs, post-merger integration, and restructuring.
