Access Holdings, a Baltimore-based mid-market investment firm specialising in a purposeful buy-and-build investment approach, has added three new team members who will play key roles in further developing Access’s digital origination and portfolio monitoring capabilities.
Matt Johl, George Shipley, and Ellen Kirk Jarosinski will join Steve Chang and Merritt Davis in applying digital tools and capabilities to drive lead generation and performance management across the Access portfolio.

Alteri Investors, a specialist investor in the European retail sector, has appointed Charlie Edwards as UK Investment Director.
Edwards joins from Caledonia Investments where he led multiple investments over the last 10 years with a focus on UK MBOs. Prior to Caledonia, he spent eight years at KPMG, principally in Restructuring and Transaction Services. Edwards will lead the generation, execution and management of Alteri’s UK deals.

Antonio Weiss served as Counsellor to the Secretary at the US Department of the Treasury during the Obama administration, following a nearly 20-year career at Lazard, where he worked in various leadership roles, including as Global Head of Investment Banking.
As an expert in global economic matters and financial regulation, Weiss will enable Eurazeo to benefit from his vision of major economic issues, expertise in financial markets, understanding of high-growth investment areas and the international business world.

StepStone Group, a global private markets investment firm, has appointed Valerie G Brown to the company’s Board of Directors, effective 12 April, 2021.

General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, has appointed Lord Browne of Madingley as a Senior Advisor, based in London.
