Alternative asset manager Black Diamond Capital Management (Black Diamond) has appointed Rodney S Cohen as Head of Private Equity.  Cohen will have responsibility for managing Black Diamond’s portfolio of private equity funds, consisting of the BDCM Opportunity Funds II, III, IV, and V, aggregating approximately USD4 billion in capital.   Commenting on the appointment, Stephen H. Limerston Capital’s Limerston Capital Partners I has acquired Patricia White’s and Country Cousins from Saga Healthcare Limited, a subsidiary of Saga plc. The Businesses are two well established brands combining to form one of the UK’s largest private pay introductory live-in home care agencies.
