McGuireWoods is expanding its global banking and finance capabilities with the arrival of London partners Lee Cullinane, who will lead the firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) finance group, and Marc Naidoo. Cullinane and Naidoo bring significant experience representing leading banks and other clients in cross-border and emerging markets transactions. They join McGuireWoods London from White & Case, where Cullinane formerly led the EMEA bank finance group.   Cullinane represents lenders and private equity groups in financings, acquisitions and restructurings. ACA Compliance Group (ACA) has appointed Carlo di Florio as Global Chief Services Officer (CSO). Di Fiori will be instrumental in defining and executing the vision for ACA’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) service offerings. His responsibilities will include oversight, management, and strategic growth of ACA’s global regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and risk, AML and financial crimes, and performance practices. Gresham House, a specialist alternative asset manager, has appointed Mike Woolley and Andy Gibb as Head of Wholesale Retail Funds and Sales Director, respectively. Woolley joins from BNP Paribas Asset Management where he had been Head of External Distribution for the UK since February 2015. Aviva Investors has appointed Ed Dixon to the newly created role of Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Real Assets. Based in London, Dicon joined Aviva Investors on September 16 and reports to Melanie Collett, Head of Asset Management, Real Estate. He will be responsible for the ESG programme for Aviva Investors’ GBP45 billion Real Assets platform, encompassing Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Debt.
