Neon has appointed Vanessa Young to the role of underwriter and solicitor – M&A insurance, reporting to the head of M&A liability insurance Rob Brown. Outcome Capital, an investment banking firm that serves middle market growth companies in life sciences and technology markets, has expanded its operations into Europe with the opening of a UK office in London.
