Jay Schifferli has joined law firm Goodwin Procter as a partner in its Private Equity Group in Washington, DC.
Schifferli comes to Goodwin from Kelley Drye & Warren, where he was chair of that firm’s private equity practice.
Schifferli focuses his practice on private equity; mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; public and private securities offerings and compliance; and general corporate, securities and business matters.
