Quadrangle Group has announced that Amanda Siegel has been promoted to principal and Alex Hocherman, Sebastien Briens and Mark Brennan have been promoted to vice-president.
Quadrangle Group has announced that Amanda Siegel has been promoted to principal and Alex Hocherman, Sebastien Briens and Mark Brennan have been promoted to vice-president.
All four investment professionals work within Quadrangle Capital Partners, Quadrangle’s media and communications focused private equity business.

Siegel joined Quadrangle in 2003 and has served as a vice president focused on the firm’s media and communications private equity business. Before joining Quadrangle, she was an associate with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Prior to that, she worked as an analyst in the investment banking division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Hocherman began working at Quadrangle in 2006 as a senior associate focused on Quadrangle’s media and communications private equity business. Prior to joining Quadrangle, he was an associate at Bain Capital where he focused on private equity investments. He also worked as an associate consultant at Bain & Company.
Briens, who is based in the London office, joined Quadrangle in 2007 as a senior associate focused on the firm’s private equity business. Before joining Quadrangle, he was a consultant with Bain & Company. Previously, Briens worked for France Telecom in New York and Paris.
Brennan, who is based in the Hong Kong Office, joined Quadrangle in 2007 as a senior associate focused on the firm’s media and communications private equity business. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Brennan was a director with TVG Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Hong Kong focused exclusively on investments in the telecom, media and technology sectors throughout Asia. Before TVG, Brennan was a business analyst with Macquarie Bank in the telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology practice.
