Matt Rasul has joined RedRidge Diligence Services as National Director, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Based in Dallas, Rasul will drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy – playing a hands-on role in the recruitment of top talent and managing employee relations both domestically and abroad. He will also be responsible for maintaining and building on RedRidge’s strong reputation for high-quality financial diligence services.
With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition within US public accounting and professional services firms, Matt has been responsible for building strategies in recruiting top-tier talent across the transaction due diligence, risk advisory, financial and technology consulting practices. Most recently serving as National Talent Acquisition Senior Manager within BDO’s Advisory Services practice, Rasul also spent over five years at RSM US – the country’s fifth largest accounting firm – where he was instrumental in building a high-impact recruiting strategy and reporting structure system.
Rasul’s appointment marks an important step forward for RedRidge as it continues to build on an already highly qualified team. Rasul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of North Texas and is currently working towards a Master’s in Human Resources and Accounting.
