RJD Partners, a UK middle market private equity firm, has appointed turnaround specialist Paul Woodley as a consultant.
RJD Partners, a UK middle market private equity firm, has appointed turnaround specialist Paul Woodley as a consultant.
Woodley will work with RJD Partners on sourcing, assessing and managing turnaround opportunities.
He has worked as an independent turnaround professional for over seven years, most latterly as executive chairman of the Casella Group.
He previously worked for Postern Executive Group for nine years, where he led a number of reconstructions, fundraising and turnaround projects.
Prior to that, he worked as a finance director of several private and quoted businesses.
Woodley will continue with his existing commitments alongside working with RJD Partners.
