Sanari Capital has exited its investment in Fernridge Solutions, selling its stake to Broll Property Group. The firm believes that Broll’s pan-African reach and expertise in real estate and technology will enable it to lead the next phase of growth for the Johannesburg-based market intelligence and geospatial analytics firm.
Sanari’s original investment – the firm’s first ever deal – was in line with its 3S model, which focuses on Sustainability, Scalability and Saleability.
The investment also aligned with the company focus on data and insights to drive business intelligence, particularly through the firm’s proprietary dataset that maps decades of income and household data across more than 200 African cities.
