Orange completed the acquisi on of Lexsi, a French specialist in cybersecurity, from private equity firm Argos Soditic. Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as sole advisor to Argos Soditic on this transaction.

Motion Equity Partners is to sell pet stores retailer Arcaplanet Group to the Permira Funds.
Arcaplanet Group was founded in 1995 by Michele Foppiani, who still runs the Company as CEO. The Group operates a chain of circa 150 stores which sell over 10,000 SKUs, ranging from pet food to accessories and to healthcare products. The Group has also developed its portfolio of four different owned brands: Start, Expecial, Next and HiFish. In 2014, Arcaplanet Group launched its online retail activity.
Over the recent years, Arcaplanet Group has built its successful growth story through the new stores opening (from
Brennan Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, has sold 1870 General George Patton Drive in Franklin, Tennessee, in the Cool Springs submarket within the greater Nashville Metropolitan area.
Brennan Investment Group owned the property in partnership with investor clients of Gatehouse Financial Group, an investment and banking services group of companies advised in the US by Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC.
This property was originally purchased in 2013 as part of a 25-building industrial portfolio in a joint venture with subsidiaries of Gatehouse.

Gide has advised Eolfi group on the sale of a wind farm portfolio to Quadran. Completed in February 2016, this transaction enables Quadran to add four wind farm development projects to its Polish operations, with a capacity exceeding 170 MW.
Eolfi operates in the wind and solar energy sectors and has been present in Poland since 2007, developed 24 wind farm projects, with a total capacity of 980MW across various parts of the country, including Lower Silesia, Wielkopolska, Lublin and Podlasie.

Advent International has agreed to sell its investment in Tinsa, a leading provider of property valuation, analysis and real estate advisory services, to Cinven. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Tinsa, established in 1985 and headquartered in Madrid, Spain, provides appraisals for commercial and residential properties to banks, corporates (including real estate investment firms and local authorities) and individuals.
Advent acquired Tinsa in November 2010 from the company's original shareholders made up of 35 Spanish savings banks along with the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks (CECA).

Actera Group and Esas Holding have agreed the sale of Mars Cinema Group, a cinema operator in Turkey, to CJ CGV for an enterprise value of USD800 million.
Alongside Actera and Esas, the minority shareholders, Muzaffer Yildirim and Menderes Utku, will also sell their shares as part of the transaction. The transaction is subject to standard regulatory approvals and is expected to close in May.
Acquired by Actera in 2010, Mars operates 83 multiplexes with 736 screens under the “Cinemaximum” brand in 32 provinces across Turkey.

Venture capital company Rand Capital Corporation has closed on the sale of its largest portfolio holding, Gemcor II.
Rand had previously announced on 5 January, 2016, that it entered into an asset purchase agreement under which it had agreed to the sale of Gemcor.
Gross proceeds to Rand, which owned 31.25 per cent of Gemcor, are expected to be USD15.2 million. Net proceeds to Rand, after deducting taxes and expenses associated with the transaction, are expected to be approximately USD10 million.
Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle-based alternative investment firm, has sold POW Gloves, Holden Outerwear and Spacecraft Collective, three active outdoor apparel brands under the POW Holdings, umbrella.
POW Gloves was sold to Rojo Australia, a snow apparel company based in Torquay, Australia, with strong international links in the snow market globally. Rojo has retained the executive team and is working on a business-as-usual approach for all markets. POW Gloves, a leader in cold weather gloves, was fostered out of the love of snow and outdoor activities and the need for no-nonsense hand wear that is built to last.
