Linedata has added private equity administration functionality to its Back Office platform.
The private equity capability, available in the latest version of transfer agency software Linedata Mshare, will enable users of Linedata Mshare and Linedata Admin Edge to manage the administration of private equity funds, alongside traditional asset management, hedge funds, partnerships and master feeder structures on a single platform.
This is a significant addition to Linedata’s Back Office platform which covers fund accounting, transfer agency and reporting capabilities, with clients in 23 countries across the globe.

Netage Solutions has introduced several new features in the v6.7 release of the firm’s alternative assets Dynamo CRM and integrated Investor Portal, currently employed by over 250 alternative asset fund managers and limited partners with over USD450bn in assets under management.

InsightSquared has secured USD8m in series B funding from new investor DFJ and existing investor Atlas Venture, which seed-funded the company and led its series A.

SEI has been selected by Duet Alternative Investments (USA) Ltd, a subsidiary of Duet Group, to provide operational outsourcing services for the firm’s emerging macro hedge funds.
SEI will provide Duet (USA) with a suite of operational outsourcing services in a straight-through-processing environment.
Duet (USA) will use SEI’s online Manager Dashboard reporting platform to help better manage the firm’s funds through flexible, transparent, and aggregated views of its data. Advise Technologies, a software solutions provider for regulatory compliance, will offer the first CPO-PQR e-filing platform to the National Futures Association (NFA) EasyFile portal.
This will be the first time that filing electronically is possible for Form CPO-PQR.
Advise has worked closely with the NFA and several clients in the NFA’s pilot e-filing programme. Following successful testing in the pilot programme, the CPO-PQR add-on module is featured as part of Advise’s Consensus RMS platform and provides commodity pool operators (CPOs) an efficient and secure resource for filing Form CPO-PQR.
