Intelligent property search portal property.xyz has secured a seed round of angel investment of GBP268,000 from eleven, experienced investors in the fields of technology, finance and real estate. Co-founders Robert Jones and Dr Simone Di Cola started development on property xyz in 2019, which entered a beta phase in August 2020. With the portal having been vigorously user-tested by agents, homebuilders, property investors and buy-to-let landlords the next year of the roadmap has now been announced. This includes plans to allow investors to place ‘bids’ and ‘buy now’ on properties selected by agents with both on and off-market property investments,

As part of a new partnership with AirPortr – a digital platform and provider of intelligent baggage management solutions – Swiss International Airlines (SWISS) is now offering passengers departing from Geneva Airport the option of having their baggage collected at home through the AirPortr service. By booking online, SWISS passengers can have their bags securely collected up to 23 hours prior to departure from their home or hotel and delivered on to the destination airport. British satellite scale-up Satellite Vu, founded in 2016, has successfully raised GBP15 million (USD20.7 million), as it looks to ramp up its plans to launch seven thermal and infrared imaging satellites into space that will be able to provide real-time data on how green every building on the planet is. Alorsfaim, a Paris-based e-grocery company specialising in authentic and high-quality Asian food, has raised EUR4 million in seed funding, enabling the fast-growing start-up to continue its rapid expansion across the vast Asian community in France and Europe.  The round was led by iFly.vc with participation from Cathay Innovation and Goodwater Capital.
