SS&C Technologies Holdings has acquired Complete Financial Ops Fund Services, a Colorado-based fund administration firm providing tailored fund administration services to private equity funds and family offices.
Terms of the all-cash deal, which adds 25 clients and eight employees to SS&C’s fund services operation, have not been disclosed.
CFO Fund Services will augment SS&C’s capabilities in servicing venture capital and family office funds.
