Temple Bright advises on sale of Unicomarine

Law firm Temple Bright, led by corporate partner Jonathan Poole, has advised the founders of Unicomarine on the sale of the company to ecology specialists Thomson Ecology.

Unicomarine is an environmental consultancy specialising in marine and estuarine biological surveys.

Property and employment partners Justyn McIlhinney and James Howell also advised on the deal for Temple Bright, with Charles Russell in Guildford acting for the buyer.  Chris Steel of Meda (UK) was instrumental in putting the deal together.

As part of the transaction, Martin Dyer and Nigel Grist will remain with the company.

Grist says: “Jonathan and his colleagues at Temple Bright provided an excellent service during the negotiations and recent sale of our company Unicomarine Limited.  Their assistance covered the entire process, from initial outlining of the many and varied aspects involved and their importance, to the support on the final (very extended) day of completion.”
