Winterberg Advisory’s portfolio company, Healthcare Holding Schweiz, has acquired Naropa Reha, a Swiss rehabilitation and care provider.
Naropa Reha is based in Gstaad and supplies products and services in rehabilitation and care as well as fitting and maintaining wheelchairs.
Healthcare Holding Schweiz is based in Baar, Switzerland, specialising in the Swiss medical technology services and distribution sector. It has so far acquired Senectovia Medizinaltechnik; Winther Medical; Mikrona and Ortho Walker; and MCM Medsys.
Winterberg Advisory is based in Gruenwald, Germany, and manages private equity investment funds, on behalf of Winterberg Group, a Zug-based family office investing in small and mid-cap private equity, as well as real estate.
