Bowmark Capital has announced the promotion of eight team members across its investment and value creation teams, including appointing Partner Simon Kaufman to the firm’s senior management committee, joining both the Executive Board and Investment Committee.
Kaufman, who joined Bowmark in 2016 from KPMG and has led the team through recent investments in Eque2, Lendscape, and Littlefish.
Fiona McCormick and Tom Keen have been promoted to Partners within the investment team. McCormick, who joined Bowmark in 2018, has been involved in investments in Transparity and Pirum, while Keen has worked on deals including Eque2, Totalmobile, and Focus Group. Ben Hollowood, also promoted to Partner, leads the firm’s value creation team and manages portfolio companies such as WSD, Kubrick, and Lendscape.
In Bowmark Growth Partners (BGP), which focuses on small-cap companies, Guy Yarrow has been promoted to Coverage Partner, and Laura Clayfield to Investment Director. Yarrow, with the firm since 2012, has contributed to investments in sectors such as Altia and Turnkey. Clayfield, who joined in 2023 from Chiltern Capital, has worked on deals including Altia, Turnkey, and Xperience.
Faustas Stoncius, who joined in 2023 from Bank of America, has been promoted to Investment Manager, and Emma Ward, who joined Bowmark in 2023 from Foresight Group, has been promoted to Origination Manager, where she focuses on software and tech-enabled business services.
