Haymons was previously senior managing director of Headwaters, which he joined at its launch in 2001.
While at Headwaters, he was head of investment banking and headed the firm’s industrials group, and led transactions in the energy and utility services, engineering and construction, building products, distribution, maintenance and repair services and plastics manufacturing sectors.
Earlier Haymons was with Green Manning & Bunch and Dain Bosworth, where he executed various corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions spanning multiple industries including technology, media and communications, chemicals and refining, healthcare, building products, distribution services, business services and consumer products.
‘We’re very excited to welcome Chris and his clients to St. Charles Capital,’ says Michael Franson, president and co-founder of St. Charles Capital. ‘Chris adds significant reach and depth to our team. He’s a very experienced, veteran investment banker who has achieved a great deal of success in the middle market.’
Haymons says: ‘St. Charles Capital is a firm with tremendous energy and momentum, having completed 48 investment banking transactions in 42 months, including seven in the fourth quarter of 2008, one of the most challenging markets on record. It’s a great fit for me and my clients.’
Haymons will continue to focus on industrial services and manufacturing companies.
Based in Denver, St. Charles Capital provides merger and acquisition advisory, private capital raising, and financial advisory services to both private and public companies nationwide, through four industry focus groups: diversified industries, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
