The Miller Group has expanded the executive team members of Miller Capital Corporation and Miller Capital Markets with the addition of Ronald L. Miller, Jr.
The Miller Group has expanded the executive team members of Miller Capital Corporation and Miller Capital Markets with the addition of Ronald L. Miller, Jr. as vice chairman and chief executive officer of Miller Capital Markets and as vice chairman finance of Miller Capital Corporation.
Scott L. Perkins has joined The Miller Group as vice president finance for Miller Capital Markets and Miller Capital Corporation.
Ronald L. Miller, Jr. will join Christian M. Wolford, president of Miller Capital Markets, to serve on the newly formed executive committee to be chaired by Rudy R. Miller (pictured).
Rodd R. Miller was appointed to the board of directors of Miller Capital Corporation to serve as vice chairman from his prior position as executive vice president of Miller Capital Corporation.
Ronald L. Miller, Jr. in his capacity as vice chairman and chief executive officer of Miller Capital Markets and as vice chairman finance of Miller Capital Corporation provides added depth to Miller’s overall capabilities to serve its clients located throughout the United States. During his 12-plus years as an executive officer in Wall Street investment banking firms he has completed M&A advisory services in excess of USD1bn in transaction value and raised more than USD2bn of capital for client transactions. Miller was most recently with Alare Capital Partners, a Scottsdale-based investment banking and strategic advisory firm, where he served as chief executive officer.
Prior to joining The Miller Group Perkins was associated with Dinan, a firm that exclusively provided acquisition services for financial and strategic buyers. Perkins previously held management and marketing positions for Wells Fargo and was in the business development department of JP Morgan Chase.
