ViewPoint Capital Partners has completed a round of growth financing for several million euros on behalf of adnologies GmbH, Europe’s leading provider of retargeting and ad serving technology and operator of the euroDX profile exchange. The company is planning further expansion at both national and international level.
A team led by Dr Ulrich Springer advised ViewPoint Capital Partners on all aspects of the financing round.
Headquartered in Hamburg, adnologies was established in 2006 as a provider of ad serving technology and offers state-of-the-art servers to be used as the basis for online marketing by agencies, publishers and network operators.
ViewPoint Capital Partners has capital of around EUR 200 million under management and provides growth capital to IT and software companies with sales ranging from EUR 3 million to more than EUR 30 million.
