International law firm Clifford Chance has advised longstanding client Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, on the acquisition of atNorth.
atNorth is a data centre platform providing renewable-only, power efficient, and cost-optimised data centre hosting services to clients. Partners Group will work to transform atNorth into a major pan-Nordic provider of sustainable and efficient data centre solutions.
This deal follows several significant, recent digital infrastructure projects on which Clifford Chance has advised, as the sector continues to see increased interest from a broad range of financial investors.
