KKR is to acquire Clinisupplies, a specialist in continence care products in the UK, from Healthium. Financial details of the transaction, which will see Clinisupplies’ existing management team continue to hold a minority position in the business, have not been disclosed. KKR is investing in Clinisupplies through KKR Health Care Strategic Growth Fund II, a $4.0 billion fund focused on investing in high-growth health care companies. Warburg Pincus
Warburg Pincus has acquired K2 Insurance Services, a speciality insurance programme manager, from private equity firm Lee Equity Partners, according to a report by Captive Insurance Times.
A secondary funding round led by Square Peg and Wellington Management has seen the valuation of e-commerce tech company Rokt increase to $2.4 billion, less than 12 months after the firm raised $325 million in a Series E fundraising round.

London-based buyout firm BC Partners is considering a sale of UK veterinary services firm VetPartners for between £2.5 billion and £3 billion amid interest from potential buyers, according to a report by Bloomberg.
Global investment firm Carlyle is to sell its stake in Oyatsu Company, Ltd, a Japanese snack manufacturer, to DC Joes1 Co, which is owned by a fund managed and operated by D Capital, Inc.
Global alternative investment firm Investcorp is to acquire Marble Point Credit Management, a US-based CLO manager. While specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the purchase price is thought to be in the region of $200 million.
