Beeline, a specialist in software solutions for sourcing and managing the global extended workforce, has secured a majority investment from funds managed by private equity firm Stone Point Capital.
The strategic investment will allow Beeline to further accelerate its leading technology platform and bring additional solutions to market, helping businesses unlock the power of the extended workforce. Existing investor New Mountain Capital will remain a minority investor in the company, with representation on the company’s board of directors.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Eurazeo and all existing investors, including OTB Ventures, Speedinvest, OpenOcean, and Global Paytech Ventures. Additional investors in the round include Harry Stebbings, Founder of 20VC, Ilkka Paananen, CEO & Co-founder of Supercell, Amitabh Jhawar, Ex-CEO of Venmo, and other angels.

Engimmune Therapeutics AG (Engimmune), a Swiss biotech company developing novel T-cell receptor (TCR)-based therapeutics, has completed a CHF15.5 million (EUR15.2m) seed financing round, co-led by Pureos Bioventures and Novo Holdings.
Engimmune is a platform company using cutting-edge technologies to engineer highly potent and specific TCR-based therapies for cancer treatment. Wheel and tyre safety business Wheely Safe Ltd (WSL), based in Burntwood, Staffordshire, has secured a £500,000 investment from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) Debt Finance, managed by Maven Capital Partners (Maven).
Wheely Safe Ltd, which helps to prevent wheel loss and tyre underinflation, will use the funding to grow its national presence and scale up the business. Its key products protect lorries and large commercial vehicles from wheel loss, which is a major safety problem in the UK, where approximately 150 to 400 wheel-detachments occur annually.

abrdn has provided a £38 million debt facility to Dalmore Capital’s 2012 vintage fund – (Dalmore Capital Fund LP – DCF).
Dalmore Capital is a UK Public Private Partnership (PPP) investor.
The financing is expected to provide abrdn’s clients with reliable, fixed rate payments under a long-term fully amortising structure. abrdn’s investment participants included Phoenix Group, a longstanding funding partner to abrdn, and abrdn’s Multi Sector Private Credit Fund.
