CertiK, a global Web3 and blockchain security firm, has secured an additional $60 million investment from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Tiger Global.
This marks SoftBank’s first venture into the Web3 security space. CertiK’s $88 million series B3 round and $2 billion valuation were announced within the past month, led by Insight Partners. This additional funding brings the total amount invested in CertiK over the past nine months to $290 million USD.

Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has led a £1.5 million investment in Roman Ltd (“Roman”), a business that manufactures, sells and installs shower screens, trays, bathroom furniture and fixtures and fittings.
The transaction includes an £800,000 investment from the Finance Durham Fund (Finance Durham) established by Durham County Council and overseen by Business Durham, and a £700,000 investment from the North East Development Capital Fund (NEDCF), supported by the European Regional Development Fund.

VC and angel investor-backed Laundryheap has acquired competitor Laundrapp from Inc Retail.
The deal, the terms of which remain undisclosed, follows a steady expansion of Laundryheap’s market footprint since it was founded in 2014.
Laundryheap was founded in London by Deyan Dimitrov, Mayur Bommai and Ruxandra Lica and now operates across the UK and 10 additional international markets, including the US, Singapore, and the UAE. Unlike competitors, the Laundryheap team bootstrapped the business for the first three years, refining its model and plotting a path to sustainable growth, before raising its first VC capital in 2017.

finnCap Cavendish, part of finnCap Group, has advised on the sale of Tictrac Ltd, a UK-based SaaS provider of a global health and wellness platform, to Dialogue Health Technologies (Dialogue), a Canadian virtual healthcare and wellness platform, for up to CAD56 million.
The transaction is expected to close within c30 days and is subject to customary conditions for a transaction of this nature.

Founded in 1993, cCARE is a leading provider of comprehensive cancer treatment services with over 30 providers across 6 centres in the Fresno and San Diego, CA markets. cCARE provides an integrated cancer care offering including medical oncology, radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, and other ancillary services. The combination of ION and cCARE creates one of the largest oncology providers in the US with 57 centres across 14 states.
Venice Swap, a Lithuanian-based one-stop crypto exchange platform led by the Venetian engineer and entrepreneur Gianluca Busato, has secured a $100 million capital commitment in the form of a Token Subscription Facility from GEM Digital Limited (GEM).
Raiven Capital, a global early-stage tech venture fund, has invested in Vertical Harvest, an AI-driven, urban hydroponic farming startup.
Raiven Capital co-led the investment with Nicoya AB out of Sweden. Raiven General Partner Paul Dugsin and Limited Partner Bjorn Oste have also joined the board.
Vertical Harvest’s agricultural output is attractive from an investment standpoint. Over five years, the company proved their model and streamlined operations in their 14,000 square foot pilot facility. They are now scaling to ten farms across America, each over 200,000 square feet of space.
