Integrum, an investment firm focused on partnering with technology-enabled services companies, is to acquire MerchantE (ME), an end-to-end payment platform offering flexible and secure payment processing, from Cielo, one of the world’s largest payments companies.
Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, MerchantE is a leading payments and commerce solutions provider serving the complex needs of mid-market B2B customers. The Company is a full-stack payments platform with front and back-end processing capabilities and direct connectivity to the major card brands. ME processes over USD17 billion in payments volume across 13,000 merchants, making it a ‘Top 25’ provider of payment processing in the US.
Circularity Capital has continued to build its portfolio of European growth stage businesses enabling the circular economy with a growth capital investment in Cocogreen, a specialist in the design and manufacture of low-carbon, high-yield coir growth substrate for berries, salads, citrus fruit and avocados.
The company’s products are manufactured using a by-product of the global coconut industry, which is refined using proprietary product and process technologies.

Tailwind Capital (Tailwind), a growth-oriented private equity firm investing in targeted sectors within industrials and business services has completed a partnership investment in Axis Portable Air (Axis).
Axis provides portable climate control solutions – including spot coolers, heaters, dehumidifiers, and air quality equipment – to support customers facing emergency and temporary challenges.
In connection with Tailwind’s investment, Axis launched the Team Ownership Program (TOP), an equity participation programme in which every Axis employee will receive shares in the Company, providing them with the opportunity to participate in and benefit from Axis’ continued growth, and strengthening Axis’ culture of ownership.

SFW Capital Partners (SFW) today announced that it has completed a majority recapitalisation of RDI Technologies (RDI), a provider of vision-based analytical solutions used for predictive maintenance and test & measurement applications across a diverse set of industries, including aerospace and defence, power generation, industrial manufacturing, metals and mining, and information technology.
Company founder and CEO Dr Jeff Hay, President Bob Wilson, and COO Jenna Johns, are all reinvesting alongside SFW to retain a significant equity stake in RDI.

Sólides, a Brazil-based HRTech for small and medium-sized companies, has secured USD100 million in a Series B round led by Warburg Pincus.
This is one of the largest capital raises by a technology company focused on human resources management in Latin America to-date.
This is the second round of investments by Sólides. The first round – of BRL14 million – was carried out by DGF Investimentos in 2019 and paved the way for the company to compete for leadership in the national market.
Social and Sustainable Capital (SASC) has expanded its senior team with the appointment of experienced finance professional, Simon Sotomey as Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and operations functions which were merged last year.
