Runway Growth Capital (Runway), a provider of growth loans to both venture and non-venture backed companies seeking an alternative to raising equity, has closed a senior secured term loan commitment of USD13 million to Dejero.
Decor is a telecommunications aggregator of diverse connectivity paths including LTE and 5G cellular, satellite and broadband to deliver enhanced reliability, expanded coverage, and greater bandwidth using cloud-based technology.
The senior secured loan welcomes Dejero back to the Runway portfolio and continues the firm’s commitment to their growth.
Pemberton, an alternative credit specialist, has provided financing facilities supporting Pamplona Capital Management’s (Pamplona) acquisition of a majority stake in EET Group (‘EET’).
This transaction represents Pemberton’s second investment with Pamplona as well as its third investment in the Nordic region over the last 12 months. Following Pemberton’s approach to ESG, the facilities include incentive mechanisms to encourage ESG-positive business practices.

Wild Cosmetics, a design-led personal care start-up which pioneered the UK’s first plastic-free refillable deodorant in 2019, has closed GBP5 million in additional funding from existing investors to double down on its mission to remove single-use-plastics and unnecessary chemicals from everyday bathroom routines.
Liefergrün, a sustainable last mile shipping platform, has closed a EUR3 million seed round led by Speedinvest.
Norrsken VC also contributed to the round.
Liefergrün will use the investment to grow its team, expand its platform and begin preparations for rolling its service across major European cities including London, Paris and Madrid.
Liefergrün, which is currently present in 30 cities across Germany, uses a fleet of cargo bikes and electric vehicles based at scores of micro distribution hubs to enable emission-free delivery of goods bought online to consumers.

Neo Medical, a Swiss-based Medtech company developing value- based care solutions in spinal surgery, announced today the closing of a USD20.6 million financing round.
The round features Swisscom Ventures as lead investor, with the proceeds of the financing set to be used to support the accelerated commercial deployment of Neo Medical ADVISETM augmented reality platform for spinal surgery, with a particular focus on the US market.
The North East Development Capital Fund (NEDCF), supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) has led a GBP410,000 investment in Newcastle-based CRL Foods Ltd (CRL Foods), a specialist food & beverage canning, sterilisation and pasteurisation business.
The Fund originally invested last year to enable the business to expand its team, creating 10 new jobs in Newcastle and increase its production capacity.

MLM 2, an information services and software platform led by veteran IP executive Mason Slaine, and Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, have acquired Minesoft, a patent search provider.
The investment will enable the company to accelerate the development of new products, expand and scale globally, including in the US, and enhance existing products with analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Minesoft marks the first acquisition for MLM 2, backed by a USD1 billion equity commitment from Warburg Pincus. MLM 2 continues to pursue additional acquisitions in information, software, and technology-enabled services,
Genesis, an application development platform purpose-built for financial markets organisations, has secured USD200 million in a Series C financing round, led by Tiger Global Management.
Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Illuminate Financial, Insight Partners, Salesforce Ventures and Tribeca Early Stage Partners also participated in the round.
The funding will be used to expand the Genesis platform, developer community and the company’s “buy-to-build” model.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has sold its investment in Mountain Mike’s Pizza (MMP) to an entity controlled by Chris Britt and Ed St Geme, the co-CEOs of the Company.
