MTS Health Investors, a healthcare-focused private equity fund, has closed its fourth fund, MTS Health Investors IV, with USD365 million in limited partner and general partner commitments.
The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its fundraising cap.

The joint venture will assist institutional investors to gain high-quality exposure to investment opportunities in the renewable energy industry.

Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, is backing the buy-out of IT solutions provider Node4 Holdings from its previous institutional investor, LDC.
Founded in Derby in 2004 by its then 23 year old chief executive Andrew Gilbert, Node4 is a provider of integrated IT solutions, hybrid infrastructure and cloud-enabled managed services to small and medium-sized businesses.
With full ownership of its own infrastructure, including three state-of-the-art data centres in Derby, Leeds and Northampton, Node4 retains full control over service delivery.

IK Investment Partners’ IK Small Cap I Fund is to acquire APOSAN Dr Künzer, a pharmaceutical homecare company in Germany.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
APOSAN was founded in 1991 by Dr Clemens Künzer, with the purpose to service homecare patients through the compounding of individualised infusible and injectable medication.
Since then, the company has evolved to an integrated full-range pharmaceutical homecare supplier with its own manufacturing capacities and a dedicated key account management and homecare nurses team to generate and support its growing nationwide patient base.

InfraVia Capital Partners has held the final closing of InfraVia European Fund III (InfraVia III) with total commitments of EUR1 billion.
The fund surpassed its initial target of EUR750 million.

Independent petrol forecourt and convenience retail operators Euro Garages and European Forecourt Retail Group (EFR) are combining their businesses.
A new holding company named Intervias has been established, with a small corporate office in London.
EFR and Euro Garages will continue to operate under their own names with their current CEOs and senior leadership teams.
The merged group will be a leading independent petrol forecourt retailer in Europe, with around 1,450 locations and 8,500 employees. Euro Garages and EFR together will be serving more than six million customers a week through the management and operation of retail brands
Trowers & Hamlins has advised Austrian investment company AVenture on the acquisition of Imagination Technologies' Pure DAB digital radio business.
The deal allows AVenture to exercise an option to acquire Imagination's property at Concept House in Kings Langley, the current headquarters of the Pure business.

An affiliate of New Water Capital has acquired The Worth Collection, a direct-to-consumer women’s fashion apparel company, from private equity firm L Catterton.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Worth Collection was founded 25 years ago by Caroline Davis, Richard Kaplan and Jay Rosenberg. Rosenberg remains an active member of the management team and will continue to serve as chief merchant.
Headquartered in New York, Worth Collection designs, supplies and distributes luxury and contemporary women’s apparel through an omni-channel approach via its stylist network, by-appointment showrooms, online and retail outlets.

The transaction values Wharf T&T at HKD9.5 billion.
