Ironshield Capital Management (Ironshield), a European event-driven corporate credit specialist, delivered positive performance of 30 per cent in 2021.

BlockFills, a digital asset trading and financial technology company, has closed a USD37 million Series A funding round led by institutional investors, including Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, CME Ventures, Simplex Ventures, C6E, Nexo Inc, and several other institutional investors and funds.
This is the second multimillion-dollar funding round since the company’s founding in 2018. BlockFills has raised a total of USD44 million to date from institutional investors.

Ten Coves Capital (Ten Coves), a growth equity firm with an exclusive focus on investments in FinTech companies, has held the closing of its third fund, Ten Coves Capital III (Fund III) with total commitments of USD293 million.
The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap.

Private equity firm Summa Equity has closed its third fund (Fund III) with investor commitments of cEUR 2.3 billion (cSEK 23 billion).
The Fund was closed in record time and was oversubscribed within four months in a fully virtual fundraising environment.
With its new fund, Summa Equity now manages aggregated capital commitments of close to EUR4 billion (cSEK 40 billion).
The announcement of Fund III comes three years after Fund II, and five years after Fund I. Fund I and Fund II closed with commitments of cSEK 4.7 billion (cEUR 470 million) and SEK 6.8 billion (cEUR 680 million)
