Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) has acquired Pentech Holdings, Inc (Pentec) from DW Healthcare Partners, Frazier Healthcare and Pentec management.
Pentec is a national provider of specialty infusion services to patients who require access to complex pharmaceutical products and services outside of the hospital setting.

Hipmunk has closed a USD15 million Series B financing round led by Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). Todd Chaffee (pictured), General Partner at IVP, will join Hipmunk’s board of directors. Existing angel investors and the Series A lead, Ignition Partners, also participated in the round.

JTC, a Kuwait-based logistics and equipment rental company, has signed a contract to provide Power Generation to a service company in the oil and gas sector for their operations at Kuwait’s oilfields.
This contract marks the beginning of what will be a long strategic relationship between the two companies. The contract involves a sale and lease-back arrangement under which JTC has acquired Generators from the service company and in turn, leases back including best-in-class maintenance and service support.
