EGYM, a global fitness technology developer, has received USD41 million in a Series E financing round from Mayfair Equity Partners, a tech and consumer growth investor.  Following the investment, Mayfair Equity Partners will own a minority stake, along with existing investors HPE Growth, Highland Capital Europe, Kreos, and others. Foresight Group (Foresight), a listed private equity and infrastructure investment manager, has made a GBP1.75 million growth capital investment into Previsico Limited (Previsico), developers of an accurate flood forecasting and warning system. The investment is jointly funded by the Midlands Engine Investment Fund and Foresight Williams Technology and will enable the Loughborough University spin-out to further develop the Previsico platform, allowing it to be used in more cities, and support the creation of new jobs in Loughborough. Venture capital firm btov Partners announces the final closing of its new digital technologies early-stage fund with a volume of USD135 million.  It’s the second fund that focuses entirely on digital technologies, and the ninth for btov Partners in total.
