KPS Capital Partners (KPS) announced today that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Tate & Lyle PLC (“Tate & Lyle”) (LSE: TATE.L) to acquire a controlling stake in its Primary Products business in North America and Latin America and its interests in the Almidones Mexicanos SA de CV and DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio-Products Company, LLC joint ventures, through a newly formed company (NewCo), for an enterprise value of USD1.7 billion.
KPS and Tate & Lyle, through affiliates, will each own approximately 50 per cent of NewCo with KPS having Board of Directors and operational control. Completion
Gresham House Energy Storage Fund (GRID) has raised gross proceeds of GBP100 million through the issue of 89,285,714 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
The Issue Price per New Ordinary Share was 112.0 pence. The Placing was significantly oversubscribed and a scaling back exercise has been undertaken.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Placing to finance the construction of the two remaining BESS Projects from the Current Pipeline totalling 150MW (Grendon and Penwortham) and 90MW from the Subsequent Pipeline (Stairfoot and Project Y).

Eurazeo’s Small-Mid Buyout team is to sell in majority stake in Intech, a global market leader in the manufacturing and development of orthopaedic surgical instruments, to Montagu Private Equity.
The proposed sale is subject to US competition authority approval.

EQT Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Meine Radiologie Holding (Meine Radiologie) from Triton Partners and Blikk Holding (Blikk) from DBAG Fund VII, a private equity fund advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).
DBAG will remain a minority shareholder in the combined group given its experience supporting Blikk and high conviction in the long-term attractiveness of the sector. Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.
