RoadSafe Traffic Systems, an infrastructure services provider and portfolio company of private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America, has acquired BC Cannon, a supplier of traffic control services and products.
The acquisition marks the twelfth add-on for RoadSafe since the start of its strategic partnership with Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
According to a press release, the acquisition will “further expand RoadSafe’s operations and support traffic control and road striping activities across the Carolinas”.
