The Assessio Group (Assessio), a Swedish human resource (HR) and technology company backed by software investor Main Capital Partners (Main), has acquired Eelloo, a technology company specialising in platform solutions for recruitment and employee development.
In an increasingly mobile and hybrid labour market, where the Covid-19 pandemic has also caused unemployment rates to rise, it is critically important that employers utilise the correct tools and procedures to find, recruit and develop their talent pools. Assessio, the Nordic region’s leading e- assessment company specialises in open-minded recruitment, enabling companies to work in a more inclusive and non-discriminatory manner with the help of their digital and evidence-based testing service platform.

Swedish-founded Assessio has been developing work psychological tests and tools for over 65 years. In 2019, Dutch software investor Main Capital Partners, specialising in SaaS companies, took a majority share in Assessio. This investment had a clear goal to support Assessio in becoming the largest European, modern HR company via its offering of digital solutions for recruitment and talent management. In the same year, Assessio also acquired the Dutch e-assessment company HFMtalentindex. Eelloo currently works with blue chip customers including KLM, Randstad and the Dutch Tax Office. It has a turnover of EUR4.51 million. Together with Eelloo, the Assessio Group now has over 1,300 customers worldwide with a gross turnover of over EUR21 million.
