The BOW Group has closed its series B funding round led by PM Equity Partner (PMEP). NextStage, an investment company listed on the Euronext Paris regulated exchange, also participated.
BOW (Be Over the World) Group is a consumer-driven Internet-of-Things (IOT) specialist, operating worldwide in the wearables, connected vehicles and smart home markets with three distinct brands MyKronoz, RoadEyes and Deconnect.
“This new round of funding will enable us to expand our international presence to 100 countries by 2018 and to consolidate our leadership position in Europe while accelerating the development of innovative products and services within the IOT space.
Ecological Service Partners (ESP) has secured a USD250 million equity commitment from its financial partners. The new financing will support ESP’s activities in large-scale ecological restoration of damaged wetlands, streams and habitats for endangered species, as well as in enhancing water quality for offsets to nutrient impacts.
With USD250 million of committed equity capital, ESP is now one of the best capitalised operators in the ecological service market, enabling ESP to restore thousands of acres of wetlands and hundreds of miles of impacted streams. ESP will also opportunistically pursue strategic acquisitions in the US.

NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT Group (TOKYO:9432) is to acquire Secure-24 Intermediate Holdings (Secure-24), a US-based managed services provider from private equity firm Pamlico Capital.
Secure-24 specialises in delivering effective, comprehensive managed services that leverage proprietary, highly automated operation tools. Its clients represent Fortune 1000 companies in sectors including manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, government, transportation and more.
NTT Com will leverage Secure-24’s extensive portfolio of managed application and database services, including SAP, SAP HANA, Oracle, Hyperion, JD Edwards, Microsoft, Epic, custom, industry and other mission-critical applications.

Post Oak Energy Capital has held the closing of Post Oak Energy Partners IV at its hard cap of USD600 million.
The fund will pursue the same strategy as its first three funds (Post Oak Energy Partners, Post Oak Energy Partners II, and Post Oak Energy Partners III) with equity investments in North American oil and gas companies, oilfield services and related infrastructure. Funding from Post Oak will continue to be used for growth capital, development acceleration, acquisitions and recapitalisation purposes.

Roomi, a peer-to-peer marketplace providing a safe, easy way to search for shared housing, has raised USD11 million in Series A funding, with Atami Capital leading the round, bringing their total funding to USD17 million.

Tengram Capital Partners is to acquire luxury skincare brand RéVive from Shiseido Americas Corporation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Tengram will run the company as an independent and stand-alone entity based in New York City. Closing is expected to be completed by the end of November.
