Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising companies at the lower end of the middle market, has sold Power Products, a provider of branded electrical products and systems.
Details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Türkiye Wealth Fund (TWF) have signed a memorandum establishing the Russia-Turkey Investment Fund.
The parties will work together to identify attractive investment projects that could strengthen bilateral economic ties and increase investment flows between the two countries.
According to the agreement, RDIF and TWF will invest up to USD500 million each in the Russia-Turkey Investment Fund.

PIXID SAS, a French cloud-based temporary workforce management and recruitment solutions provider, has acquired the Internet Corporation, the owner of applicant tracking system and recruitment software Amris.
The transaction has been completed for an undisclosed amount.
PIXID’s proprietary technology is currently responsible for filling one out of four temporary positions in France. Having powered the temporary staff market in France, it intends to establish itself as a well-known digital platform for the management of temporary workforce in the UK and the rest of Europe.

Omnes Capital and Bpifrance have sold their stake in Grain d’Or Gel, a company specialising in the manufacture of frozen bakery products such as pizza dough and snacks.
This disposal falls within the framework of the merger between Grain d’Or Gel and Lubrano.
The new entity, named Groupe Novepan, represents sales of around EUR50 million.

Henkel signed an agreement to acquire Nattura Laboratorios, headquartered in Guadalajara, Mexico, and associated companies in the US, Colombia and Spain.
Through the acquisition Henkel will further strengthen its hair professional business and expand its footprint in both the emerging and mature markets.

Fried Frank has advised longstanding client Permira on the raising of its latest flagship buyout fund, Permira VI.
The fund reached its final close in December 2016 at EUR7.5 billion.
Permira VI will invest in mid to large cap buyouts with exposure to faster-growing international markets and sub-sectors. The fund focuses on market-leading businesses with strong growth potential across diversified industries and geographies.
