Cinven has completed its successful IPO of Ziggo NV, the largest cable operator in the Netherlands, on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam. European private equity firm, Cinven, has completed its acquisition of CPA Global, a global provider of intellectual property (IP) management services and software. The Securities and Exchange Commission has established comprehensive arrangements with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) as part of a long-term strategy to improve the oversight of regulated entities that operate across national borders. Bluewater Bio International has completed a GBP22.5 million financing round. The transaction was led by specialist Cleantech investors Ombu Group (Ombu) and Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund LP (Hermes GPE), with GP Bullhound advising Bluewater Bio.
