Private equity investment firm Growthdeck has closed a GBP570k fundraise for Soho Street Cocktails, the ready-made premium cocktail maker.
LightEdge, a provider of colocation, cloud and managed service solutions, has acquired Cavern Technologies, an enterprise-grade data centre provider in Kansas City.
Cavern Technologies was founded in 2007 as the area’s first colocation data center and is Kansas City’s largest colocation provider today. The natural limestone environment of Cavern’s underground facility serves as a fortress of security and resiliency for customers. Cavern provides a unique value proposition for mid-market to Fortune 1000 enterprises across the Midwest, offering customizable private suites for customers with two to 200+ cabinets.

An affiliate of private Sun Capital Partners (Sun Capital) has completed the sale of Arrow Tru-Line Holding (Arrow), an independent US provider of sectional overhead garage door components. Terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed.
Arrow, acquired by an affiliate of Sun Capital in January 2017, manufactures structurally critical garage door hardware in North America, offering high-quality products including hinges, brackets, angles, and pre-assembled track sets, as well as value-added services. The Company operates four distribution centres across the United States and Canada.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust (LSE: SSIT), the world’s first listed fund focused on Space Tech, has acquired a holding in Arqit Quantum Inc. (Arqit) from the Seraphim Space LP (Seraphim Space Fund).
