RLDatix, a specialist in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions for healthcare, has completed the acquisition of UK-based Allocate Software (Allocate), a provider of human capital management solutions that help healthcare organisations deliver safe and effective care.
With the completion of this acquisition, RLDatix cements its position as the global innovator in healthcare GRC, combining its industry leading patient safety, risk, compliance and provider management capabilities with Allocate’s leading workforce management solutions. It also further accelerates Applied Safety IntelligenceTM, the company’s strategy to shift healthcare from reactive risk management to proactive prevention.

Commonfund Capital has held the closing of its third secondaries fund, Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners III, at its hard cap of USD675 million.
The fund was oversubscribed and had strong participation from existing limited partners as well a number of new investors; limited partners include foundations, endowments, family offices, insurance companies and sophisticated clients of the registered investment advisor and consultant community.
Commonfund Capital has invested in private capital since 1988 and has included secondary investments as an increasingly important allocation within their portfolios since 1993. They offered their first dedicated secondaries fund in 2015.

Private investment house Ardian has acquired a majority stake in Florida Food Products (FFP) through its US Buyout team from MidOcean Partners (MidOcean) for an enterprise value in excess of USD1 billion.
MidOcean initially invested in the business in 2018 and will retain a significant stake in FFP alongside Ardian. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
