The Clarison Group has been formally launched, bringing together four leading companies in the façade industry, Alucraft Limited, Alucraft Systems Limited, Williaam Cox and EAG, to create a new force in the design, manufacture and installation of architectural glazing and façade systems in the UK & Ireland.

The Clarison Group is majority owned by Elaghmore, a UK-based private equity fund, which acquired the Alucraft and Williaam Cox businesses in 2018 and EAG in 2019.

Nordic Capital has expanded its tech and payments track record, with the highly successful IPO of Cint Group AB (publ) (Cint).
Cint, a global software leader in digital insights gathering, today announced the outcome of the initial public offering of its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering was substantially over-subscribed, attracting very strong interest from large Swedish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Sweden. The market capitalisation of Cint, based on the IPO price of SEK72 per share, is approximately SEK9.8 billion.

Legrand, a global specialist in electrical, digital building, and data centre infrastructures, has acquired from A&M Capital Opportunities the Champion ONE (C1) family of brands, providers of optical networking components and solutions for the telecommunication, content provider, data centre, and enterprise markets.
The news marks the latest move by Legrand to support data centre and mission-critical IT’s ever-growing need for reliable, highly available and scalable power and connectivity solutions.

Gulf Capital, a leading growth markets alternative investment firm, has successfully completed the sale of its 70 per cent stake in Turknet Iletisim Hizmetleri (Turknet), an internet service provider in Turkey, to a consortium of buyers including the incumbent Celebiler Family and Re-Pie Portfoy Yonetimi (Re-pie).
The sale generated a significant return for Gulf Capital Credit Opportunities Fund which focused on providing growth capital to companies in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. The investment in Turknet builds on Gulf Capital’s strong track record in investing in technology companies and in those that provide next-generation digital connectivity.
