Akin Gump has advised Lighthouse, one of India’s leading, middle market private equity firms, in the final closing of Lighthouse India Fund III, with a value of USD230 million, and with additional capital available for co-investment opportunities. Fund III closed on 30 April, 2019. Investors in Fund III include global institutions and a number of global endowments, pension funds and family offices. Including predecessor funds, Lighthouse now advises and manages cumulative assets under management of nearly USD500 million. Commonfund Capital has held the closing of its second secondaries fund, Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners II with USD450 million of capital commitments sourced from investors including endowments, foundations, pension plans, insurance pools and family offices. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, A&R is a provider of integrated dry bulk logistics solutions for the chemical and plastic industries and offers a comprehensive suite of services including transportation, warehousing, packaging, and fully outsourced logistics management for many of the world’s largest producers and distributors of chemicals and plastics. The Company operates a national infrastructure of nearly 50 facilities, the industry’s largest fleet of specialised tractors and pneumatic trailers, and a leading technology suite customised for dry bulk transportation.    Wind Point will be partnering with
Zayo Group Holdings is to be acquired by affiliates of Digital Colony Partners (Digital Colony) and the EQT Infrastructure IV fund (EQT). Investcorp, a provider and manager of alternative investment products, is to sell SecureLink Group, one of the largest dedicated cybersecurity infrastructure and managed services providers in Europe, to global telecoms group Orange for an enterprise value of EUR515 million. Exabeam has closed USD75 million in a Series E funding round led by new investor Sapphire Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners, which have collectively backed nearly 40 IPOs.  Other existing investors also participated.
