Victor van Eijk has joined Maven 11 Capital, an Amsterdam-based blockchain and crypto asset investment firm, as Director Institutional Sales.
Van Eijk is a capital markets specialist with over 15 years experience of which eight have been spent in in New York. He has been in managerial roles in institutional sales and trading at Kempen & Co, KBC Securities, NIBC and Degroof Petercam.
Van Eijk will focus on bringing opportunities in decentralised finance, such as capital marketplace Maple Finance, to institutional investors around the globe.
Maven 11 Capital was founded in 2015 and has run a venture investment approach since 2017. Earlier this month Maven 11 Capital announced the closing of its second fund, Venture Fund II, at USD120 million.
