Tangany, a BaFin-regulated white-label platform for custody of crypto assets, has raised €7m in a seed round led by Nauta Capital. Existing investor HTGF and new investor C3 VC Fund also participated in the round.  Tangany’s WaaS (Wallet as a Service) provides highly secure storage for digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, security tokens and NFTs. The company’s proprietary solution supports both hot and cold wallets to provide clients the easiest way to adopt blockchain.
Bowmark Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in WSD, a provider of document and workflow automation software solutions to the global structured products industry. WSD’s document, workflow, connectivity and data solutions enable straight-through processing and deliver improved efficiency, accuracy and insight for its capital markets clients. As part of the transaction, Peter Little will join WSD’s board as non-executive chairman, bringing extensive experience of growing financial services software companies.

Kinara Capital, India’s fast-growing MSME fintech, has closed a fresh equity round of $50 million led by global investment manager Nuveen. Norfund, a Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, has invested $8 million South Africa-based raisin processor and distributor Redsun Dried Fruit and Nuts (“Redsun”), a portfolio company of One Thousand and One Voices (1K1V). Forecast Labs, a New York City-based venture group that’s a division of Comcast, has led a Series B-1 investment round in Colorado-based fintech Neat Capital. Previously, Neat Capital has raised more than $40 million in funding, with a Series B round announced in early 2021. Forecast Labs, a consumer-focused venture group, has worked with a variety of FinTech companies that include Acorns, Hippo, and Public.com. The amount of additional funding was not immediately announced.
